BIO:  I'm 70 years old. Been retired and moved to
Florida since 1997. My last 15 working years were in
the RV industry. I was a paint and fiberglas repairman,
working on $ 1/4 million plus motor homes. I have
been practicing the art of bonsai since 1978. Since
moving to Fla., up until 2003, I have vended my oriental
art work at  several state Bonsai conventions. I was
the president of the local bonsai club for 6 years of the
8 I have been here. I have modeled cars (mostly hot
rods) since the very early 60's off and on. I have been
quite active after returning to the hobby in 1999. I have
a modeling webpage that's not too up to date;

BIO:  I live just west of Cleveland and have been
building models off and on for about 20yrs. I build
mostly 1/24-1/25 scale cars and trucks, but have been
known to build just about anything once. I have a friend
that introduced me to the hobby at a young age and
I've been hooked ever since. I build customs, stock,
low riders, street machines and just about any other
type. It seems that I only buy NASCAR kits for the
engines (LOL) and diorama stuff. Just haven't been
able to get into them. Except for Richard Petty cars.
The old Plymouths that is. I am an Industrial
Electrician at a local steel mill here and don't get
enough time to build like I wish I could. I have a
beautiful wife and some great kids. My wife supports
my hobby 100%....90%.....70%....hell she hasn't kicked
me out yet. LOL.  I also am into working on 1:1 cars
and home remodeling.

given a box of old models by my Uncle. I mainly build civilian
and military vehicles (no armour), bikes, cars & trucks.
Occasionally I also build Sci Fi, odd ball aircraft or anything
else weird or obscure that catches my attention.

Other interests include books (mainly SciFi, magazines,
technical publications), music (mainly Heavy Metal),
mucking about with computers & Motorcycles.
